When Avnish Pandey heard his name announced as All India Rank 44 for TES-51, it wasn’t just a personal victory—it was the result of resilience, growth, and finally, being heard.

“I was screened out three times,” he shares. “And I’ll admit, it was disheartening. But I knew I had it in me—I just needed the right platform to bring it out.”

Coming from a rural background, Avnish faced a common but serious hurdle: limited opportunities to practice spoken English. “Where I come from, we don’t get people to speak with, or spaces to build communication,” he explains.
